Shipping Carriers: We ship our orders via two trusted carriers: UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). Both carriers provide reliable service to ensure your packages arrive safely and on time.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed after our cutoff time on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Days: Our shipping days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed before our cutoff time on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Location: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in California, ensuring efficient delivery to destinations across the United States.

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Cold Weather Advisory:

In the event of temperatures well below freezing, we may hold packages to prevent potential damages caused by extreme cold. If we determine that holding your package is necessary, our customer service team will reach out to inform you of the delay and provide further instructions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations as we prioritize the quality and integrity of your order.

Tips for Cold Weather Deliveries:

  1. Plan for Delivery: If cold weather is expected in your area, we recommend planning to be home for the delivery or arranging for someone to receive the package on your behalf.

  2. Hold at Access Point: Alternatively, you can choose to have your package held at a UPS or USPS access point for pickup at your convenience. This option ensures that your package is kept in a climate-controlled environment until you can retrieve it.

  3. Use of Insulators and Heating Pads: To protect your order from extreme cold temperatures, we may ship packages with insulators and heating pads during colder months. These measures help maintain the temperature of your non-alcoholic beverages and minimize the risk of freezing during transit.

  4. Risk of Bottle Damage: Please be aware that leaving your package outside in freezing temperatures may pose a risk of damage to the bottles. Since our products contain 0.5% alcohol by volume or less, the liquid may freeze if exposed to extremely low temperatures for an extended period. To prevent potential damage, we recommend following our suggestions for delivery and storage in cold weather conditions.

  5. Track Your Shipment: Keep an eye on your shipment's tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. This allows you to stay informed about the status of your delivery and any updates regarding potential delays due to weather conditions.

Shipping Rates: All orders with a subtotal of $99 or less pay $9.99 flat rate shipping. All orders $100+ get free shipping.

Shipping Restrictions: At this time, Cork Zero only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping options.
